About us

Independence at home, handled with dignity.

Magnolia Home Access is a home accessibility company serving homeowners across Orange County, California. We install and build the modifications that let people stay in their own homes — grab bars, stair lifts, accessible showers, ramps, handrails, safer thresholds, and whole-home aging-in-place plans.

Meet the owner

Hi, I'm Cory Bryson.

I've spent years in construction and home services, working on job sites and inside people's homes. Along the way I learned what makes homeowners trust someone in their house: show up when you said you would, explain things plainly, protect the home like it's your own, and do the job right the first time.

I started Magnolia Home Access because accessibility work deserves that standard. These decisions usually come at a stressful moment, often after a fall or a hospital stay, and families deserve someone who will look at the home honestly and recommend only what actually helps. Sometimes that's a stair lift. Sometimes it's two well-placed grab bars.

When you call, you get me. I do the assessment, I write your proposal, and I'm the one who does the installation. I live in Mission Viejo, so this is my community too.

How we think about the work.

Most conversations start the same way: something has become harder than it used to be, or a family wants to plan ahead before it does. We come out, look at how the home is actually used, and tell you plainly what would help most — including when the answer is smaller and less expensive than you expected.

Just as important is how the work looks when it's done. Accessibility does not have to feel medical. We match finishes, keep trim work clean, and leave homes tidy, so the result reads as part of the house rather than equipment added to it.

How we work

What you can expect from us.

We work in occupied homes, with families who are often making these decisions for the first time. Straight answers, respectful visits, and work we'd be comfortable doing in our own parents' houses.

Step 1

Free in-home consultation

We visit, listen, and look at how the home is actually used day to day — not from a checklist.

Step 2

A clear, prioritized plan

You get a written recommendation that separates what helps now from what can wait.

Step 3

Careful installation

Proper anchoring, clean finish work, and a tidy home when we leave.

Step 4

Dignity first

Modifications that look like part of your home, because independence shouldn't feel clinical.

Let's make your home work for you.

Tell us what feels difficult right now. We'll come out, look at the home, and give you a straight recommendation.
